Saturday Cuba libre

This few days have been really nice.
On Saturday I had one of my besties over (the other one is moving places, so I'll see her later this week). I had Bacardi and coke and lime. Well, basically I wanted to make some mojitos and sushi, and my neighbours new wife (or really close girlfriend) said she could bring some fresh mint with her (as she was also invited). But then when I called her at noon that day she said she'd be at 6 and she hasn't got mint. So I just decided to make Cuba libre-s instead of mojitos.
My bestie came about midday, we had sushi and tons of Cuba libre-s.

When she left, my other guest finally came and she is so stupid that I don't even want to blog about her.

Even best friends can't share the same wedding day.

After I finished all the episodes of Sonny, I finally got to watch Bride Wars (2009) starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. I smiled, I laughed and I cried. It is a beautiful movie. But some parts were too short, too cutout (is this a word?) Anne is so gorgeous, and Kate is cute. And they both were perfect for each other as best friends and portrayed their characters amazingly true. Just look at their smiles. They say it all.

I decided to take a little break from the Disney Princesses and watch something else.
I didn't go far from Disney though! =)
First, I watched the two complete seasons of 'Sonny with a chance' starring one of my two favourite Disney girls Demi Lovato (the other one being Selena Gomez).

The show is too good not to watch it and rewatch it (is it even a word?). It may seem a little childish, but it was made for kids and teenagers, so it's fine. And I can't wait to see the 3d season! And I want Chad and Sonny back together =)

As I'm obviously not getting the Blogger of the Year award (not even of the Month or the Week) so I decided to spice up this blog with something actually boring. I'm going to post something every Monday Morning (Moarning?) no matter what happens.

So today's a Monday and we'll be having our first Monday Morning entry in this supercute blog of supercool me.

And besides I think I'll start adding labels to all the entries from the very beginning. Wish me luck!

p.s. if you think I'm weird you might be correct, cuz no one actually comments here, so I'm probably talking to myself all the time and I even blog for myself.

Then there's a city of Armenia in Colombia which suffered from a severe earthquake on the 25th January, 1999. (The English Wiki says it was 5.9 ML, the German Wiki insists that it was 7.2, and the Russian one says it's local magnitude was 6.2, the same article in the Armenian Wiki is unfinished and it repeats the Russian version).

Last night's mare

I went to bed at about half past midnight.

Was trying to read a book to make me sleepy, and then I fell asleep with the book in my hands.

Next thing you know I open my eyes and someone is moving behind my curtains. First I thought it was Rex, but then I realised that the sounds were quite different from my cat's usual sounds. I took the long stick which I'm using to open and close the curtains and opened them just a bit.

And then I was scared! There was a drunk man standing right outside my window with his left hand reaching out for my curtain through the ventlight!!! I didn't shriek but I wish I did, cuz that could have helped me overcome the feeling of horror. He was saying something like "come here. can you hear me? come on, come closer" I tried to push him away with the pole but he just didn't move, and then I just shut the inner-frame ventlight close and drew the curtain. Switched off the light and checked if he was still there. But thank God he was gone.. I closed both outer and inner-frames and tried to calm down..

It was horrifying really. I started feeling so insecure in my house. It was about two in the morning and I couldn't sleep for quite a while.

Now I'm all right. It all feels like a nightmare.

I wish I lived in a multistored house.

Bored to madness

I am currently watching a Brazilian soap-opera in Portugese (!) which is being aired on an Armenian tv-channel. Terrific! Just awesome, right? :D

There's a wedding reception on screen now. They were cutting the cake (a gourgeous one, I must say) and the bride (or rather the wife now) was giving out the cake.

I googled. It's Profeta.

god save us from morons

I couldn't make out why my feet were freezing since morning. I had the heating on, and I wrapped up my legs in a blanket while I was at the computer and had a pair of nice woolen socks on while I was tidying up.

It turns out now that the moron of a cousin I have left the ventlight open. And he isn't even at home! Why does he need airing the living-room for so many bloody hours? It's 10 degrees outside. Not the middle of July with it's 40.

I strongly believe that he did it on purpose as he would have certainly wished me no good. Since I told him he was useless and he was an ungrateful huge beast cuz he was talking to my Dad the way he usually did and was behaving like that.

I mean, he's almost 28 and he still lives with us. With me and Dad. He's been living here since he finished his Military Service 8 years ago (since then Mum moved to Italy and my sister got married and moved out) and now I have to cope with an unintelligent bad-tempered over-grown man who is quite unluckily blood-related to me. I've got so many much more nicer cousins (even second cousins), why couldn't any of them move in with us? :S

Well, he'll be 28 next January. Meantime he haven't done anything worth his age so far. No house of his own, no car, no wife, no children, no savings and no future plans. NOTHING.

I know I am being too harsh, but I just don't like his comings and goings like it's not a house, but a hotel with no bills to pay. Just get me right - I don't want his bloody money, I just want him to save them up and spend on something worthy. Not just waste on girls and gambling.

Now I've got a sore throat. Not good.
